Create your PrestaShop Webservice key

Log in to your PrestaShop Back Office
In the left menu, click Advanced Parameters → Webservice
If not already done, enable the Webservice by selecting Yes for "Enable PrestaShop's webservice", then save
Click Add new webservice key, then Generate (or enter your own key) and give it a name: "Review Collect"
Grant read permissions (GET/VIEW) by ticking all the boxes for the following resources:

addresses
countries
customers
languages
orders
order_histories
order_states
order_details
carriers
products

Click Save to store your Webservice key

Authorize Review Collect's IP addresses

So that Review Collect can access your Webservice, authorize the following IP addresses on your PrestaShop:

Connect your store to Review Collect

Go to the Integrations page in Review Collect
Click PrestaShop → Connect
Enter your Webservice key, your store URL and the requested information

Connect your WhatsApp Business account to Review Collect to send your review requests directly on WhatsApp.

To make your integration easier, Review Collect automatically offers you a new phone number to associate with your WhatsApp account. This number is integrated into your own WhatsApp account: you won't see any difference in how you configure and customize the account.

Before you start

Make sure you are logged in to your personal Facebook account in your browser.

Three Meta concepts worth knowing:

Business Portfolio — the global account that manages all your company's Meta assets (it can contain several WhatsApp Business accounts)
WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) — the main account grouping the phone numbers used to communicate with your customers on WhatsApp
WhatsApp Profile — the visible face of your company for customers (name, logo, contact details), tied to a unique phone number

Start the connection

Go to the Integrations page in Review Collect
On the WhatsApp row, click Connect

You are redirected to the Facebook connection flow.

Connect HubSpot

Go to the Integrations page in Review Collect
Click HubSpot → Connect

You will be redirected to HubSpot to authorize Review Collect to access your account. The connection is secured with OAuth 2.0.

Send us your configuration details

Then send the following to your account manager:

1. Trigger object — which object should we use to trigger review requests? Examples: deal, contact, company…

2. Date field — which Date field should we use to schedule the sending? Examples: close date (close_date), became customer date (became_customer_date), custom field…

3. Contact fields — from which object(s) can we retrieve them? For each field, specify the object + the field name:

Order date (or signup, activation… depending on your business)
First name
Last name
Email
Phone number
Language (optional)

4. Filters or exclusions (optional) — do you have rules to exclude certain records? Example: exclude deals where the customer_type field = B2B

Generate your Brevo API key

Log in to your Brevo account at app.brevo.com
Click your profile name (top right corner), then select Profile and account settings

In the left menu, go to SMTP & API

Open the API Keys tab, then click Generate a new API key

Give it a name (e.g. Review Collect) and click Generate

Copy the key immediately — it will only be shown once

Connect Brevo to Review Collect

Open the Review Routing page, Post-Review Actions tab
On the Sync Brevo Contacts card, click Connect to Brevo and paste your API key
