# Moderate your product reviews

From the Reviews tab of the Product Reviews page, you decide which reviews appear on your store: you read the ones waiting, publish or hide them, and you can let Review Collect publish automatically the ones that meet your rules.

## Read the reviews waiting for you

1. Go to [Product Reviews → Reviews](https://app.review-collect.com/home/product-reviews/reviews)
2. Click the **Waiting for Moderation** filter: the number tells you how many reviews need a decision
3. Click a review to read the full comment and see its photos or videos
4. Click **Publish review** or **Hide review**

To handle several reviews at once, tick them and publish or hide the selection.

| A hidden review is not deleted: it stays in your list and does not appear on your store.

## Publish automatically the reviews that meet your rules

1. Go to [Product Reviews → Settings](https://app.review-collect.com/home/product-reviews/settings)
2. In the **Moderation** card, click **Edit**
3. Turn on **Publish new reviews automatically**
4. Choose your conditions, then click **Save Changes**

* **Minimum rating** — only reviews with this rating are published automatically, the others wait in "Waiting for Moderation"
* **Check photos and videos before publishing** — reviews with photos or videos wait until you have looked at them
* **AI filter** — reviews that look like spam, insults or off-topic wait in "Waiting for Moderation" instead of being published

| Personal information (phone numbers, emails, addresses) is always replaced by asterisks (***) before a review is published, whether automatic publishing is on or off.

| The rules apply to reviews received after you turn them on. Reviews already waiting still need your decision.

## Understand why a review is waiting

Once automatic publishing is on, the **Flag** column of the "Waiting for Moderation" view tells you why each review waits. The same flag is shown when you open the review.

* **Still checking** — the AI is reading the review and will publish it or leave it waiting within a few minutes
* **Low rating** — below the minimum rating set in your rules
* **Media to check** — has photos or videos to check, as set in your rules
* **Spam** — advertising, links, promo codes or filler text
* **Offensive** — insults, hate or threats
* **Off topic** — not about the product or the purchase

| The AI never hides or deletes a review. You always have the last word: **Publish review** or **Hide review**.
