# Other customer data transfer options

In addition to our native integrations (Shopify, PrestaShop, Salesforce, Magento, WooCommerce…), several methods are available to send us your daily list of customers to invite.

## Google Sheets (recommended)

We provide a **standardized file** where you simply add, each day, the new customers to invite. This method is **very simple to use** and widely adopted by our clients.

It can also be **easily automated** using tools like **Zapier, Make, n8n**, etc.

## FTP/SFTP server

You drop a **CSV file** daily on an **FTP server**. Just share the **access credentials** (login/password or authentication key) with your account manager: we then automate the data retrieval.

## Custom API integration

If you're using an internal tool (CRM, ERP…), we can build a **custom integration** to automate the data flow. The implementation time depends on the technical complexity of your system.

## Expected data structure

To ensure optimal review collection, here is the expected format:

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| `ID` | Unique identifier (order or customer) — required for WhatsApp messages |
| `First name` | Customer's first name |
| `Last name` | Customer's last name |
| `Email` | Email address |
| `Phone` | International E.164 format (e.g. +33612345678) |
| `Country` | 2-letter country code (e.g. FR, ES, DE) |
| `Language` | 2-letter language code (e.g. fr, en, de) — optional, useful if you operate in multiple languages |
| `Purchase/Signup date` | Required for WhatsApp messages |
