# Trigger your invitations after delivery with AfterShip

Connect AfterShip to send your review requests a few days after the order is **actually delivered** — instead of after purchase or shipping.

What you need:

* a **Shopify** store connected to Review Collect
* an active **AfterShip** account (the one already tracking your parcels)

## Get your AfterShip API key

1. Log in to your AfterShip account.
2. Open **Settings**, then **API keys**.
3. Create a key (or copy an existing one) — it starts with `asat_`.

## Connect AfterShip to Review Collect

1. Open the [Integrations](https://app.review-collect.com/home/integrations/) page.
2. On the **AfterShip** card, click **Connect**.
3. Paste your API key and confirm: the status switches to **Connected**.

*If the key is rejected, make sure you copied it in full from AfterShip.*

## Pick the "Delivered" trigger

1. Open the [Review Collection](https://app.review-collect.com/home/review-collection/invite-settings) page.
2. In the **Trigger event** dropdown, pick **Delivered** — the option appears once AfterShip is connected.
3. Set your sending delay: it now counts from the delivery day.

Your invitations then go out automatically, every day, for orders actually delivered the day before.
