This number is integrated into **your own WhatsApp account**: you won't see any difference in how you configure and customize the account. ## Before you start Make sure you are **logged in to your personal Facebook account** in your browser. Three Meta concepts worth knowing: * **Business Portfolio** — the global account that manages all your company's Meta assets (it can contain several WhatsApp Business accounts) * **WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)** — the main account grouping the phone numbers used to communicate with your customers on WhatsApp * **WhatsApp Profile** — the visible face of your company for customers (name, logo, contact details), tied to a unique phone number ## Start the connection 1. Go to the [**Integrations**](https://app.review-collect.com/home/integrations/) page in Review Collect 2. On the **WhatsApp** row, click **Connect** ![](https://api.review-collect.com/vault/-aJsYSdg/72btb6FS5nc_6nPERXQzk7ajgTo/p2Jnaw../wa01_integrations.png) ![](https://api.review-collect.com/vault/-aJsYSdg/CtuVmWIDUmHTcX_iVYMlnf1hPOo/8o6d4Q../wa02_connect.png) You are redirected to the Facebook connection flow. **Important: complete the process all the way to the end**, otherwise the integration won't be registered and you'll have to start over. ## Follow the Facebook flow **1. Business portfolio** — select your existing business portfolio. WhatsApp Business account** — select your existing account, or create one. If you create one, **choose an appropriate name**: it will be used as the display name (the name your customers see when they receive a message). Finish** — a confirmation page appears: **you must click the Finish button**. It also raises your sending limit from **250 to 1,000 messages per day**. 1. Go to the [Meta verification page](https://business.facebook.com/settings/security/) 2. Log in to your account 3. Click **Start verification** The verification process can take **up to 48 hours**. ## Recommended: complete your WhatsApp profile Add your logo and company information to strengthen customer trust and maximize reviews. 1. Go to [**WhatsApp Manager**](https://business.facebook.com/latest/whatsapp_manager/phone_numbers/) 2. Click **Save** ## Good to know: control your sending volumes On the [**Review Collection → Advanced**](https://app.review-collect.com/home/review-collection/advanced) page, **Sending limits** card, you can: * **Limit WhatsApp invites per month** — once the cap is reached, invites automatically fall back to your fallback channel (email/SMS) for the rest of the month, nothing is blocked * **Limit invites per day (all channels)** — the overflow goes out the next day, useful for a gradual rollout Limits disabled = no cap. ![](https://api.review-collect.com/vault/-aJsYSdg/TYeDnoK1is3jECe-44uXmVLD4SM/ubrJPg../wa23_limits.png)
