Question 1

WhatsApp Integration

Accepted Answer

Connect your WhatsApp Business account to Review Collect to send your review requests directly on WhatsApp.

To make your integration easier, Review Collect automatically offers you a new phone number to associate with your WhatsApp account. This number is integrated into your own WhatsApp account: you won't see any difference in how you configure and customize the account.

Before you start

Make sure you are logged in to your personal Facebook account in your browser.

Three Meta concepts worth knowing:

Business Portfolio — the global account that manages all your company's Meta assets (it can contain several WhatsApp Business accounts)
WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) — the main account grouping the phone numbers used to communicate with your customers on WhatsApp
WhatsApp Profile — the visible face of your company for customers (name, logo, contact details), tied to a unique phone number

Start the connection

Go to the Integrations page in Review Collect
On the WhatsApp row, click Connect

You are redirected to the Facebook connection flow.

Important: complete the process all the way to the end, otherwise the integration won't be registered an

Question 2

Shopify Integration

Accepted Answer

Connect Shopify

Go to the Integrations page in Review Collect
Click Shopify → Connect
Enter your store's subdomain: it's the part before .myshopify.com in your Shopify admin URL — for example, if your admin is mystore.myshopify.com, your subdomain is mystore
Click Connect
You are redirected to Shopify: authorize the connection (OAuth 2.0)

That's it!

Back on Review Collect, Shopify appears as connected. Your orders now automatically feed your review requests.

Question 3

Accepted Answer

View your payment history, download your invoices and update your payment method from a single place.

Access your billing portal

Go to the Account & Billing page in Review Collect
Click Manage Subscription

You will land on your billing portal: payment history, invoices and payment method.

Download your invoices

Your invoices are located at the bottom of the portal page. Click an invoice to download it.

Change your payment method

From the same portal, you can change your payment method or add a new card.

Update your billing email

Still from the same portal, you can update the email address that receives your invoices in your billing information.

Question 4

Get your Google review link

Accepted Answer

To collect Google reviews with Review Collect, you need the review link of your business profile. Here's how to get it in a few clicks.

Log in to the right Google account

Log in with the Google account that owns the Google My Business profile of your business.

Open your business profile

Search for "Google My Business" on Google: your profile will be suggested. Click See your profile.

Get your review link

Click See reviews, then Get more reviews: your review link appears. Copy it.

Add the link in Review Collect

Two options:

Send the link to your account manager: we'll set it up for you;
Or do it yourself: in Review Collect, open the Review Routing page, click Edit, select Google My Business, paste your link and save.

Question 5

Other customer data transfer options

Accepted Answer

In addition to our native integrations (Shopify, PrestaShop, Salesforce, Magento, WooCommerce…), several methods are available to send us your daily list of customers to invite.

Google Sheets (recommended)

We provide a standardized file where you simply add, each day, the new customers to invite. This method is very simple to use and widely adopted by our clients.

It can also be easily automated using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.

FTP/SFTP server

You drop a CSV file daily on an FTP server. Just share the access credentials (login/password or authentication key) with your account manager: we then automate the data retrieval.

Custom API integration

If you're using an internal tool (CRM, ERP…), we can build a custom integration to automate the data flow. The implementation time depends on the technical complexity of your system.

Expected data structure

To ensure optimal review collection, here is the expected format:

| Field | Description | | --- | --- | | ID | Unique identifier (order or customer) — required for WhatsApp messages | | First name | Customer's first name | | Last name | Customer's last name | | Email | Email address | | Phone | International E.164 format (e.g. +33612345678) | | Country | 2-letter country code (e.g. FR, ES, DE) | | Language | 2-letter language code (e.g. fr, en, de) — optional, useful if you operate in multiple languages | | Purchase/Signup date | Required for WhatsApp messa
