Klaviyo Integration

Connect Klaviyo to Review Collect to automatically sync your customers' ratings and feedback to their Klaviyo profiles — and build targeted campaigns based on their satisfaction.


Connect Klaviyo


  1. Go to the Integrations page in Review Collect
  2. Click Klaviyo → Connect
  3. You are redirected to Klaviyo: review the list of requested permissions, then click Allow
  4. If Klaviyo shows a warning saying the app isn't verified yet, click "Yes, I trust Review Collect"


Back on Review Collect, Klaviyo appears as connected.


Enable profile syncing


  1. Open the Review Routing page, Post-Review Actions tab
  2. On the Sync Klaviyo Profiles card, click Edit
  3. Turn on Sync review rating and feedback to profile
  4. Click Save changes



What gets synced


Every time a customer leaves a review, their Klaviyo profile is created or updated with:


  • the review date (review_date)
  • their rating (review_rating)
  • their written feedback (review_feedback)



You can then build Klaviyo segments and flows based on these properties — for example: 5-star customers in the last 30 days, detractors needing a follow-up.


Good to know


  • Syncing is not retroactive: only reviews received after activation are sent to Klaviyo
  • To sync your previous reviews, reach out to your account manager
