Share your Judge.me API key

To sync your product reviews with Judge.me, our team needs the private API key of your Judge.me account — here is how to retrieve it in two minutes.

Open your Judge.me admin

1. From your Shopify admin, click Apps, then Judge.me to open the app.

If you use Judge.me outside Shopify, log in directly on judge.me.

Retrieve your private API key

1. In the menu, open Settings, then the Integrations tab.
2. Click the View API tokens button in the top right corner.
3. On the Private token row, click Show, then copy the key.

This key grants read/write access to your reviews: only share it with your Review Collect account manager.

Check that web reviews are enabled

Without this setting, Judge.me silently ignores reviews sent via API — no error is shown.

1. In Settings, open Collection flow.
2. Scroll down to the Review collection section.
3. Make sure the Who can see a button to write reviews in widgets option is not set to No one.

If it is set to No one, select Everyone (no restrictions). If in doubt, send us a screenshot of the setting.

Send us your key

Send your Judge.me private API key to your Review Collect account manager.

We take care of the rest: your product reviews collected by Review Collect will automatically sync with Judge.me.
