Trigger your invitations after delivery with AfterShip

Connect AfterShip to send your review requests a few days after the order is actually delivered — instead of after purchase or shipping.


What you need:


  • a Shopify store connected to Review Collect
  • an active AfterShip account (the one already tracking your parcels)


Get your AfterShip API key


  1. Log in to your AfterShip account.
  2. Open Settings, then API keys.
  3. Create a key (or copy an existing one) — it starts with asat_.


Connect AfterShip to Review Collect


  1. Open the Integrations page.
  2. On the AfterShip card, click Connect.
  3. Paste your API key and confirm: the status switches to Connected.


If the key is rejected, make sure you copied it in full from AfterShip.


Pick the "Delivered" trigger


  1. Open the Review Collection page.
  2. In the Trigger event dropdown, pick Delivered — the option appears once AfterShip is connected.
  3. Set your sending delay: it now counts from the delivery day.


Your invitations then go out automatically, every day, for orders actually delivered the day before.
